The CETAC Renewal Project was supported by a partnership between CETAC and the National Association of Career Colleges. This renewal ensures that CETAC Standards, Processes and Governance are in line with the most current quality assurance and continuous quality improvement initiatives relevant to education and training. Throughout the project, CETAC benefited from advice and direction from a diverse Transition Team that included representatives from private colleges, federal and provincial governments, Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC), Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters, as well as Post-Secondary Education consultants with public sector experience. Non-college representatives comprise the majority of the total Transition Team membership. Consultation with a wide range of stakeholders, including employers, colleges, Federal, Provincial and Territorial Governments, students, graduates, counselors, industry associations, labour organizations, other post-secondary institutions and associations was conducted throughout the entire 15 month process.
With the Renewal project now complete, CETAC is accepting new applications for accreditation. Application forms may be downloaded from the Documents and Forms page. If you have questions or comments, we would love to hear from you.
